How to check the charging status?
The LCD screen will indicate the battery level and charge status.
How to use the product to charge other devices?
(1) Check the user manual of the device or search online for such information online to get the charging
parameters of the device.
(2) Check the power of each output port. For example, the rated output power of the AC output port is
500W (maximum). This means that if the power of the connected device exceeds 500W for a long time,
the inverter will turn off the AC output.
Depth of Discharge (DOD)
To prolong battery life, we set a DOD of 90% for this portable power supply, which means only 90% of the
battery capacity can be discharged. And 10% of power is reserved to protect the battery.
Is it possible to charge and discharge at the same time?
Yes. However, in order to prolong battery life, it is not recommended to charge and discharge at the same
time.
Is it possible to use 2 solar panels in parallel?
Yes. However, make sure that the total open-circuit voltage (OCV) of the solar panel does not exceed 47V.
Otherwise, this may trigger the overvoltage protection or cause damage to the product.
How to extend the power supply time for the CPAP machine?
It is recommended to turn off the humidifier, heater, and set a lower pressure for longer power supply time.
How to select 50Hz/60Hz frequency?
Step 1: Press the main power button to turn on the product, then press the DC button and the AC button
at the same time. The LCD will illuminate and display the current frequency (50Hz or 60Hz). Release the
buttons and continue to the next step.
Step 2: Press and hold the DC button or the AC button to select 50Hz and 60Hz. The frequency displayed
on the LCD will change accordingly.
Step 3: After selecting the desired frequency, press the DC button and the AC button at the same time to
complete the setting. Repeat step 1 to check the current frequency.
Is it possible for the AC output to carry a refrigerator or an air conditioner?
Refrigerators or air conditioners with low power can connect to the AC output. If the power is more than
200W power, it is not recommended to connect with this product. The starting power of refrigerators and air
conditioners is generally 5~7 times of the nominal power, which easily triggers the overload protection of
the AC output.
Is it possible to use two products in parallel?
No. There is no such function for this product.
