After each use
Clean the following components:
• Remove the pre-filter, inline filters, and tank filters. Rinse off any
visible dirt or grime with water.
• Unscrew the clear caps on the inline filters and clean the screens.
Clean filters help to protect the pump.
• Clean housing with an all purpose detergent and water. Once the unit
is dry, apply an automobile interior spray protectant to seal and protect
the housing.
Every few months
Use an all purpose silicone spray to lubricate:
• wheels
• castors
• latches
• quick disconnects
The vacuum and pumps do not require any scheduled maintenance, but
vacuum motors may need new brushes after 1,000 to 1,500 hours.
