SETTING UP THE OZONATION CYCLE
This water cooler contains a water treatment system that keeps the waterways more hygienic between
regular cleanings. The treatment system injects low levels of ozone into the water as it re-circulates through
the water lines and cold water reservoir.
Programming the Ozonation Cycle:
The ozonation system can be programmed to run every twenty-four hours or be initiated manually to run
only when desired.
Daily Ozonation
The following procedure must be followed for the daily ozone treatment cycle to function:
1. Press and hold the Ozone Program Button until it beeps (approximately three seconds).
2. Determine how many hours until the ozonation cycle should run. Example: If the ozonation cycle is to run at
12 midnight and the current time is 5 PM, then it will be 7 hours before the cycle should start.
3. Press the button one time for each hour delay as determined in step 2.
4. Press and hold the button until a long beep is heard.
Power Interruption
If the power is interrupted and the time is lost in the control memory, then the unit will beep two times
and repeat every hour. The ozonation cycle will not work until reprogrammed starting at step 1.
Turning OFF the Daily Ozonation Cycle
Taking the following steps will stop the automatic, daily ozonation cycle:
1. Press the Ozone Program Button two times within one second.
2. Three beeps will confirm the Daily Ozonation is cancelled.
3. To resume daily operation, follow the Daily Ozonation steps.
On-Demand Ozonation
The following procedure initiates the ozonation cycle immediately and does not repeat the cycle daily:
1. Press the Ozone Program Button one time. Do not hold it down.
2. The ozonation cycle will start immediately.
