Warranty
Guarantee is only available to the oryginal purchaser of the item and the oryginal receipt is required. If
you do not have a copy of yout invoice then please print and enclose a copy of your oryginal
payment transaction.

All our products will be subject to a 12 month guarantee.

We offer repair of product free of charge (against any manufacturing fault) where the pro
ducts goes wrong within the 12 month guarantee period.
During the service time Venicci® don't provide replacement parts and chassis.

If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse
the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.

Due to the number of small components we will provide any missing parts, this must be reported
within 14 days from the purchase date. We cannot accept returns on prams/pushchairs and other
items due to missing parts.

We may inspect the product and verify fault before offering repair.

In case of any complains the user of the pram shall deliver it to the place of purchase together
with the guarantee-card, the pram shall be clean.
2. Any remedies shall be made by the seller after he decides whether the complaint is legitimate or
he shall send the defective pram to the producer in case he is not able to remedy the problem –
the cause of the complaint himself. In case of legitimate complaints, the guarantee is extended
for the time of the repair.
3. The producer is obliged to provide the guarantee service under the guarantee regulations.
4. Any manufacturing defects (legitimate complaints) noticed during the guarantee coverage shall
be remedied without any charges within 14 days from the date of the pram delivery or its defecti-
ve components to the service.
5. The guarantee does not cover: damages being a result of any improper storage, making repairs
by unathorized service branches, mechanical or thermal damages, colour changes to the uphol
stery fabric, fabric damages or rips as result of the user's actions.
6. The guarantee does not cover damages being a result of not compying to the operating
instructions of the pram.

The Producer is obliged to exchange the object of the complaint for a new one when the
manufacturing defect cannot be remedied.
8. The guarantor decides on the method of repair.

Any defects, which could have been noticed while purchasing the pram, shall not be considered
as legitimate complaints.
10. The place of purchase (or the service) can refuse the guarantee when the defect (damage) is a
result of the user's actions.
11. In case of any damages being a result of the user's actions (pt 4), he/she shall bear the costs of
the complaint (the cost of delivery and service).
12. Guarantee serivce does not apply to the activities which are user's obligations during the
exploitation time, such as: up-to-date maintenance (e.g.: the lubrication of the wheel hubs).
13. The guarantee does not apply to any additional accessories of the pram which are not the product
of the Producer or were not a set while putchasing the pram.
14. The guarantor is not responsible for the natural wear of the parts and comonents which may
become worn during the exploitation time (e.g.: shock absorbing components).
