INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• VISOR

Disassembly
1.1 Open the visor completely.
1.2 Press and hold the visor release button (A) down and slide the visor forward until it clicks (Fig. 1).
1.3 Free the visor hooks (B1 and B2) from their housing.
1.4 Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet.
Attention: do not remove the visor mechanisms from the shell.

Assembly
2.1 Set the visor in open position by placing the visor hooks (B1 and B2) in line with the housings in
the visor mechanism (Fig. 2).
2.2 Insert hook B1 in the housing provided and press the visor against the shell in line with hook B2.
This will actuate the visor release button. (Fig. 2).
2.3 Slide the visor until the visor locks into place.
2.4 Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet.
ATTENTION!

After each assembly or disassembly procedure of the different parts, check that the visor mecha-
nism works properly by pulling the visor up and down; if necessary, repeat the above described
steps.

If the visor pulling-up/-down mechanisms get damaged or malfunction, refer to a Nolan authorised
dealer.
REMOVABLE INNER COMFORT PADDING
(only for versions with removable inner padding)

DISASSEMBLY
1.1 Open the chin strap (see specific instructions) and pull the left cheek pad to the back and inside
of the helmet and pull out the left fastening chin strap from the slot on the cheek pad (Fig. 3).
Repeat this step for the right fastening strap and cheek pad.
1.2 Take hold of the chin-guard and pull to the inside of the helmet to remove the chin-guard toge-
ther with both cheek pads. (Fig. 4A).
Attention: when removing the chin-guard from the helmet, make sure that the air diffuser remains
in its place. (Fig. 4B)
1.3 Unhook the left rear fastening flap from the support fixed to the inner shell by slightly deforming
the shell sealing edge and slightly pulling the comfort padding in the helmet neck-ring area towards
the inside (Fig. 5). Follow the same steps to remove the central flap as well as the right rear flap.
1.4 Unhook the left front fastening flap from the support fixed to the inner shell by slightly puling the
comfort padding towards the inside of the helmet (Fig. 6). Follow the same steps to remove the
central flap as well as the right rear flap.
1.5 Remove the inner comfort padding from the helmet.

ASSEMBLY
2.1 Insert the comfort padding inside the helmet properly.
2.2 Hook the front fastening flaps to the support fixed to the inner shell by slightly pushing the liner
towards the outside of the helmet (Fig. 6).
2.3 Hook the right rear left and central flaps of the comfort padding to the slots in the support in the
helmet neck-ring area (Fig. 5). To carry out this step, slightly deform the sealing edge of the shell
and push until the fastenings click. Take care to stretch the liner so that it adheres to the inner
polystyrene.
