2.4 Put the chin-guard together with both cheek pads back in place (Fig. 4 - A).
Attention: when assembling the chin-guard, check that the deflector is correctly hooked to its
fastening points (Fig. 4 - B) and that the chin-guard is not mounted upside-down.
2.5 Insert the left chin strap in the slot of the left cheek pad by pulling towards the inside of the helmet.
2.6 Push both ends of the cheek pad towards the outside of the helmet to position it correctly. Repeat
these steps on the right chin strap and right cheek pad (Fig. 3 ).
ATTENTION!!!

If your helmet is equipped with the D-Ring retention system, pull it down as indicated in
the attached D-Ring label.

After each assembling or disassembling of the comfort padding, check the comfort by wearing the
helmet and, if necessary, repeat the steps described above.

Remove the padding only when cleaning or washing is required.
-
Never use the helmet prior to having correctly and completely refitted the inner comfort padding
and the cheek pads.
-
Never machine-wash the inner comfort padding.
-
Never use tools or equipment of any sort to carry out the steps described above.

INNER VISOR ASSEMBLY
1.1 Remove the visor.
1.2 Remove the protective film from the inner visor on the face in contact with the visor.
1.3 Check the inner surface of the visor is clean.
Attention: the presence of dust between the visors can produce scratches on both surfaces.
1.4 Rest one side of the inner visor on one of the visor pins and hold it in position (Fig. 7).
1.5 Open the visor and fasten the other side of the inner visor to the second pin (Fig. 8).
1.6 Release the visor.
1.7 Remove the second protective film from the inner visor.
Attention: Check that both visors are tightly connected and do not move; if they do, adjust the
spring pins using a screwdriver to set the adherence. (Fig. 9).
1.8 Fit the visor in the helmet.
ATTENTION!!!

Make sure that the system has been assembled properly by pulling up and down the visor.

Scratched visors and inner visors can cause reduced visibility and must therefore be
changed.

DISASSEMBLY
2.1 Remove the visor equipped with inner visor.
2.2 Widen the visor: the inner visor will come off automatically.
• WIND PROTECTOR
This accessory allows improved helmet performance under certain conditions of use.
The Wind Protector prevents annoying infiltration of air under the chin area. See Fig. 10 for assembling
and disassembling.
ATTENTION!!!
The Wind Protector is easily removable. You can check the correct assembling of this accessory by
pulling it gently towards the inner part of the helmet with your thumb and forefinger. If it moves, repe-
