disconnect each phone to the headset depending on which one you will need to
use.

Headset charging

Before using the headset for the first time, we recommend to fully charge it.
When charging, the indicator light is red, the battery will be full when the red
light goes o .
Note: Please use the original charger. Charging voltage cannot be higher than
5V!
Note: In case the device is not making any sound, make sure the headset is
activated and fully charged, paired with your phone, your Bluetooth connection
is enabled and that you are within 10m from the phone. If having checked all of
this, it still does not work, try the following:
A. Re-charge the headset
B. Restart the phone
C. Start the phone Bluetooth and delete the previous pairing history
D. Re-match the headset with the phone
