OVERHEATING
Remember to not overheat the work piece. Overheating can destroy the inductor lifespan. The
heating process shall not destroy or melt the work piece.
EXTERNAL WATER COOLING
If you need to extend the work time or cool down the machine use the included hose connectors
and connect one of the two to cool tap water and the other to the drain

HOW TO FILL WATER TANK
Lift up the machine circa 45 degrees.
Open the tank lid.
Use a filling funnel and fill up to the edge.
Close the lid and the machine is ready for use.

NOTE! Our induction heaters uses anti-freeze 30% and this must be environmentally friendly
taken care of and it must be replaced when refilling.
CHANGE THE HEATING TIP
The heattipwearswhen using theinductionmachine, andcan therefore be replaced
Unplug thepower cord.
Release the pressure valve.
Unscrew theheating tipfrom the handleby hand.
Make sure that all surfaces are clean and undamaged.
Change the O-ring if necessary. (15,3x2,4)
Mount the newheatingtipon the handle, gently mount theheating tip byhand.

Unplug the power cord.
Release the overflow valve, see picture 2.
Unscrew the heating tip from the handle by hand.
Make sure that all surfaces are clean and undamaged.
Change the O-ring (15.3 x 2.4) if necessary.
Mount the new heating tip on the handle, gently mount the heating tip by hand.
