♦ Push the pump opening of the appliance as far as
possible onto the neck of the open wine bottle. Hole the
bottle firmly with one hand. The vacuum stopper starts
working automatically and sucks the air out of the bottle
as soon as it is sitting firmly on the rim of the bottle.
The display

♦ Once the required vacuum has been generated, the
display is full and the last digit stops flashing:
The appliance stops working.
The day counter is shown briefly on the display
switching permanently to the current temperature inside
the wine bottle in degrees Celsius (° ). The display
switches off after around 5 seconds.
