CUT-OFF MACHINE CART SAFETY WARNINGS
To reduce the risk of injury, always wear eye
protection. Use appropriate hearing and respiratory
protection.
Properly assemble the cart before mounting the cut-off
machine. Proper assembly is important to prevent risk of
collapse.
Securely fasten the cut-off machine to the cart before
use. Cut-off machine shifting on the cart can cause loss of
control.
Place the cart on a solid, fl at and level surface. When
the cart can shift or rock, the cut-off machine and the cart
cannot be steadily and safely controlled.
Use only with MX FUELTM cut-off machines. Improperly
installed cut-off machines can cause injury or property
damage.
Remove battery from cut-off machine before
connecting to cart, storing, or transporting.
Remove battery from battery storage location before
use.
Check alignment and tighten all connections before
each use.
Clear debris from the path of the cart. If the cart is
pushed over objects, the abrasive wheel may bind in the
cut and shatter.
Always use the cart to cut in a straight line. Veering
may cause fl exing of the abrasive wheel and shatter the
wheel.
Maintain control. Keep proper footing and balance at all
times.
Maintain cart carefully. Keep cart dry, clean and free from
oil and grease. Follow instructions for changing
accessories. Periodically inspect cart for damage and wear.
Always use common sense and be cautious when
using cart. It is not possible to anticipate every situation
that could result in a dangerous out-come. Do not use this
cart if you do not understand these operating instructions
or you feel the work is beyond your capability; contact
Milwaukee or a trained professional for additional
information or training.
WARNING Some dust created by power sanding and
construction activities contains chemicals known to cause
cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some
examples of these chemicals are:
• lead from lead-based paint
• crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other
masonry products, and
• arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber.
Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on how
often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure
to these chemicals: work in a well ventilated area, and
work with approved safety equipment, such as those dust
masks that are specially designed to fi lter out microscopic
particles.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY AND WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
When cutting metal, fl ying sparks are produced. Take care
that no persons are endangered. Because of the danger of
fi re, no combustible materials should be located in the
vicinity (spark fl ight zone). Do not use dust extraction.
Avoid fl ying sparks and sanding dust hit your body.
Never reach into the danger area of the machine when it is
running.
Chips and splinters must not be removed while the
machine is running.
Immediately switch off the machine in case of considerable
vibrations or if other malfunctions occur. Check the
machine in order to fi nd out the cause.
SPECIFIED CONDITIONS OF USE
The cut-off machine cart is intended for stone and ceramic
materials.
Only use this cut-off machine cart in combination with the
Milwaukee cut-off machine MXF COS350.
Please refer to the instructions supplied by the accessory
manufacturer.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated for
normal use.
WATER CONNECTION
A water connection is available on the tool to cool the
wheel and reduce the formation of dust. The water
connection should be used on all concrete cutting
applications.
For best results, allow the water to coat the entire cutting
wheel before operation.
MAINTENANCE
Use only Milwaukee accessories and spare parts. Should
components need to be replaced which have not been
described, please contact one of our Milwaukee service
agents (see our list of guarantee/service addresses).
If needed, an exploded view of the tool can be ordered.
Please state the machine type printed as well as the
six-digit No. on the label and order the drawing at your
