 Never expose the batteries
to excessive heat (such as di-
rect sunlight, fi re or similar).
 Store batteries in a cool, dry
place. Strong direct heat can
damage batteries. Do not
expose the device to sources
of intense heat.
 Never short-circuit batteries.
 Never throw batteries into a
fi re.
 Remove leaking batteries
from the device immediately.
Clean the contacts before
inserting a new battery. Bat-
tery acid can cause chemical
burns!
