any questions or issues you may have while using this product.
01.
WHEN YOU TURN THE PRODUCT ON TO START JUICING, YOU MAY HEAR A "CLICKING"
SOUND.
The drive shaft of the motor is spring-loaded and the "clicking" sound you hear is the drive
shaft connecting properly into the auger and is not a sign of malfunction.
02. THE PRODUCT WILL NOT OPERATE WITH THE BASE ONLY.
Make sure the chamber set is assembled properly and is properly sitting on the base. Ensure
the product is unplugged before assembling or disassembling it.
03. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT TURN ON OR WORK WHEN CONTROL KNOB IS IN ON POSITION.
Check if the power cord is properly plugged into the base and electrical outlet. If the power cord
is correctly plugged in, try plugging power cord into a di erent electrical outlet.
The motor base may stop operating if the motor gets too hot after prolonged use for 30 minutes
or longer. It will resume normal operation once the motor base cools down.
