Answering Incoming Calls
When receiving a call, the number of the caller, the date and the time will be shown on the handset
display. If the phone number has been saved in the phonebook, the corresponding name will be
shown. The requirement for this feature to work is that your phone line must have the Caller ID function
enabled.
Press the Dial button [11] to answer the call.
While your phone is ringing, you can mute the ringtone by pressing the left display
button [12].
If the handset is on the base when an incoming call arrives, the call can be accepted
automatically by removing the handset from the base. You can enable or disable this
function in the Telephony menu under "Auto Talk".
Call Log
The phone numbers of all incoming and outgoing calls are saved in call logs.

Speed dialling
You can assign a phone number from the Phonebook to the numeric buttons 2 to 9 for speed dialling.
Proceed as follows:
Press the left display button [12] while in standby mode to open the phonebook.
Press the or directional control buttons [4] to select the desired entry.
Press and hold the desired speed dial numeric button for two seconds. You will hear a long
confirmation beep. The selected phone number is now assigned to the digit pressed and available
for speed dial.
Press the left display button [12] again to quit the menu.
Press and hold the desired speed dial numeric button for two seconds while in standby mode to call the
corresponding phone number.
