Technical support

This product has been tested extensively and successful-
ly with a variety of different devices in our test labs. It is nor-
mal, however, for the drivers to need updating from time to
time. This is because there may be compatibility problems
with other components (programmes, devices) which have
not yet been tested. You can find driver updates and the lat-
est information about your product online at:

What messages appear on the screen?
