5. INSTALLATION AND USE

5.1 Use

MANUAL
START-UP
The device must be completely removed from its packaging. All protections must be completely removed.
Place the device on a solid, flat surface
Never place the device on a flammable surface.
Do not install this appliance near open fires, or other heating appliances.
Freeze the eutectic plate in a freezer (-4 ° C or less) for approximately 3 to 6 hours before each use. (The
plate stays cool for about 4-6 hours at room temperature of about 25 ° C).
USE
Pour the sauces into the tanks.
Place and lock the pump system on the tanks.
Insert the eutectic plate into the device.
Pump by pressing the black handles so that the sauces can squirt out.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

6.1 Daily maintenance

Clean the device with hot water and a clean cloth after each use.
After cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to polish and dry the device. All parts must be dried.
