4.2. Conveyance and handling
Make sure that no one is stationed within the range
of lifting and handling operations. In diffi cult con-
ditions, specialized personnel should be appoint-
ed to oversee the movements of the machine.
Only one person is required for the manual handling of the Au-
tofi ll. Lift the box and carefully convey it in a horizontal position,
avoiding routes with obstacles. Pay attention to the overall di-
mensions and any parts sticking out.
Warning: do not make any additional cuts on the
packing container. The WARRANTY does not cover
damage caused to the Autofi ll during its convey-
ance and handling. The Purchaser will bear the
cost of repairing or replacing damaged parts.
4.3. Storage
Before the Autofi ll is placed in storage and whenever it is
started up again after a period of storage, both the Autofi ll and
its product circuits must be thoroughly cleaned (see Chapter
7).
Warning: do not store more than 67 (sixty-seven)
Autofi lls stacked on top of one another.
If the Autofi ll is to remain unused for a long period of time, due
precautions must be taken with respect to storage:
•
Store the Autofi ll in a closed, fresh, clean, and dry place, far
from any heat source;
•
Protect the Autofi ll from shocks and stresses;
•
Protect the Autofi ll from humidity and large temperature fl uc-
tuations;
•
Prevent the Autofi ll from coming into contact with corrosive
substances.
•
The Autofi ll must be placet in its original package with all its
hoses.

INSTALLATION
All the operations described in chapter 5 may be
carried out exclusively by specialized technicians,
under their own responsibility, and they must or-
ganize all the operational sequences and use suitable equip-
ment, in strict compliance with the applicable regulations
currently in force.
The operations described in this section regard the
installation of a single Autofi ll on a slush machine.
The Autofi ll must be installed on a slush machine
in such a way as to avoid interfering with and/or
changing the original safety features provided on
the slush machine. The manufacturer will not be li-
able for any damage or injury caused to persons or property
as a result of failure to comply with this requirement.
The machine is of the type that requires monitor-
ing and must be installed in a place where it can be
kept under the scrutiny of trained personnel.
The Autofi ll must be installed indoors in a well-lit and well-ventilat-
ed room with a fi rm, solid, level fl oor.
The Autofi ll may only operate in places with an ambient tempera-
ture ranging between 15°C and 32°C.
