What do do
This alarm detects a blockage in the tubing between the bag and
pump. Check for tubing kinks. Take out the cassette and reload. If
this does not help, change the bag and clean the sensor area. If the
alarm continues, contact Home Care Services.
This alarm detects a blockage in the tubing between the pump and
the patient. Check for kinks. Flush the feeding tube with water to
make sure the feeding tube is not clogged. Turn off the pump and
reload the cassette. If this does not help, change the bag and clean
the sensor area. If the alarm continues, contact Home Care Services.
Charge the battery. Check if the outlet is working and the pump is
charging.
The pump is detecting air in the tubing. Make sure there is formula
in the bag and there are no kinks in the tubing. If the formula is
foamy, let it sit for 10 minutes before pouring into the bag. Try
changing the bag. If the alarm continues, contact Home Care
Services.
The pump has been in the "Pause" mode for more than 2 minutes.
Press RUN to continue feeds or turn the pump off if not in use.
The initial self-test has failed. Turn the pump off, then on again. If
this continues, call Home Care Services.
• For emergencies: Call 911 for ALL emergencies. Notify Home Care Services
about your child's status after the emergency situation is addressed.
• For medical concerns or questions: Please call your child's medical team at
Seattle Children's or their primary care provider.
• For urgent issues after business hours: Call Home Care Services at
425-482-4000 or 800-888-4429, and ask for nutrition to be paged.
We will return your call as soon as possible. If you don't receive a call back
in 30 min. please call back.
• For supplies: Contact Home Care Services between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to
order supplies. Call 425-482-4000 or 800-888-4429. Please contact us at
least 1 week ahead so that you do not run out. Always keep an extra
3 to 5 days of supplies and formula on hand in case of emergency.
