The 500VA for electronic transformers dimmer actuator – for DIN guide is used to control
incandescent bulbs and inductive charges (LV halogen bulbs through a winding
transformer). The dimmer actuator is powered from the BUS line, and is equipped with an
indicator light (front LED) showing the output status (LED off if OFF, green if ON), and an
overload output (LED red). The dimmer actuator is used for switching the connected charge
ON and OFF, adjusting the brightness value, performing timed commands, priority
commands and block activation commands for forcing the output status and storage and
execution of scenarios, management of the Slave function so a KNX/EIB Master device can
control the luminosity. The various operating methods can be used simultaneously. The
dimmer actuator is fitted on a 35 mm DIN guide, inside electric panels or junction boxes.
The actuator can be configured with the Easy base unit to perform one of the following
functions:
ON/OFF SWITCHOVER
- Setting of light intensity value to execute the ON switchover command
ADJUSTMENT OF RELATIVE LIGHT INTENSITY
- Parameterisation of the maximum and minimum adjustment thresholds.
- Parameterisation of the relative adjustment speeds between 0% and 50%, and between
55% and 100%
SCENE
- Memorisation and activation of 8 scenes (value 0-63)
- Activation/deactivation of scene learning from BUS blockage function
PRIORITY COMMAND (FORCING)
- Setting of light intensity value with ON forcing activation
- Setting of forcing status with resetting of scene BUS voltage
TIMED SWITCHOVER (STAIR LIGHT)
- Parameterisation of the light intensity value during timing
- Setting of activation time
- Setting of pre-warning time
- Parameterisation of behaviour when receiving timed activation command with timer
already active
- Setting of stair light activation time from BUS
