Read the operating instructions!
Working safely with this device is pos-
sible only when the operating instruc-
tions and safety warnings are read
completely, and the instructions contained therein
are strictly followed. Additionally, the general
safety warnings in the enclosed leaflet must also
be followed.
Danger of electric shock! If the mains
cable or the connection cables are
damaged or cut-through during work-
ing, do not touch them, but immedi-
ately pull the mains plug. Never operate the device
with damaged cables.
Danger of burning! Wear protective
gloves! During the working proce-
dure, the burner and the workpiece
being worked, heat up intensively.
Danger of irritation and chemical
burns! Wear safety glasses/goggles
and protective gloves!
The fluids being used can lead to irri-
tation and chemical burns to the eyes
and skin.
If fluid should come in contact with the
skin, wash the respective skin area im-

The device is intended for cleaning and polishing
oxide and burn stains on precious metals, which
have developed during welding and cutting. Only
original Würth cleaning and polishing agents may
be used.
When using the marking set, which is available as
an additional accessory, the device is intended for
marking and eroding of steel.
However, the device may not be used for steels that
react particularly sensitive to the electrolyte being
used, e.g., ALSI 430, which can lead to the forma-
tion of white rings.
When in doubt, please refer to your Würth repre-
sentative or carry out a test on a sample first.
For damage caused by usage other then intended,
the user is responsible.
