C
D
Set to the CLEANING or POLISHING mode with the
mode selector switch 5.
Press pushbutton 18 several seconds until the fluid
flows into the pad 16/ 24.
After each actuation, wait for approx. 2 –3 seconds
until pressing pushbutton 18 again. This ensures
that the pump system operates properly.
When starting the device for the first time, this proc-
ess must be repeated approx. 4 –5 times.
Place cleaning/polishing pad onto the welding spot
and move it back and forth applying firm pressure.
Repeat the procedure until the welding seam is
cleaned/polished. After the working procedure, in-
sert burner 9 into holder 11.
To avoid/remove remainders or scales/crusts, clean
the cleaned/polished location afterwards with a
moist cloth or sponge.
Never use the burner without a pad.
The pad must always be completely soaked with
fluid, otherwise, the service life will be heavily
reduced.
