Possible cause
The pump is sucking in air.
The water level in the pool is too
low.
The prefilter basket (if present)
is clogged.
The suction line is out of place
or clogged.

Remedy
Check all hoses and gaskets for leaks.
Retighten the hose clamps.
Check the water level in the pool and fill
with more water if necessary until the
pool water covers the suction line
connection completely.
Raise the water level in the pool.
Empty the prefilter basket.
Clean the pressure line.
Connect the pump's power plug to the
power supply. Check whether the fuse
has tripped.
Contact customer service.
Backflush the system until the water runs
clear. See section "Backflushing".
Check the screens for damage and
replace if necessary.
