Draw out the rotor and remove non-drive end plate.

Use the air compressor to press out the bearing.
Use an arbor press to press out the air motor bearings.

Carefully clean the parts of the motor and check all
the main parts like vanes, bearings, etc. to ensure

all parts are in good condition.

NOTE: The vane is a key part which will wear down
after long-term running. It is optional to replace some
or all parts due to wear conditions. It is recommended
to replace all parts included in the service kit pack.
10. Add 1-3 drops of SAE #10 Air Tool Oil or
equivalent on parts surface before reassembly.
11. Put vane into rotor and then insert them into the
body.
12. Replace the end plates and then thread in the bolts
with approximately 2.6 ft-lb.
NOTE: Manually rotate the rotor shaft and check if
all parts match well before final tightening of the end
caps.
13. Tighten the end cap with approximately 25 ft-lb force.
NOTE: Check the rotor again before firmly turning
on the end cap. SLIGHTLY tap the rotor shaft or end
plates with mallet to ensure parts matching well.
14. Connect the gearbox and the air motor and tighten
the bolts with approximately 8.1 ft-lb force.
