PART 2: CROSSBEAM INSTALLATION (FIG. N-O)
NOTICE
The use of a step ladder is recommended for installing the following sets of crossbeams (4).
1.
Using the same method stated in "Part 1" of the "LOWER HALF OF WORKBENCH
INSTRUCTIONS," to install a set of crossbeams (4) on the top two slots of the top pair of
uprights frames. (Fig. N)
2.
The remaining two crossbeams (4) can be installed anywhere underneath the previously installed
crossbeams. A recommended location would be to install the set of crossbeams (4) six slots
below the top crossbeams (4) in order to fit average sized totes and blow-mold cases. (Fig. O)

PART 1: SHELF SUPPORT AND SAFETY STRAP INSTRUCTIONS (FIG. P-R)
NOTICE
The use of a step ladder is recommended for installing components at the top of the Workbench.
WARNING
Failure to install all safety straps (6) and shelf supports (5) will reduce the structural integrity and
weight carrying capacity of the Workbench. To reduce risk of serious injury or death, carefully follow
directions and install all safety straps (6) and shelf supports (5).
1.
Each set of crossbeams (4) is required to have three shelf support straps (5) and two safety
straps (6) installed.
2.
Starting with the lowest set of crossbeams (4), place a safety strap with weld nut (6) between
the lower ridges of the crossbeams (4) where two sets of holes have been pre-drilled. Thread
a safety strap bolt (7) up through the bottom of the pre-drilled holes and through the weld
nuts, and fully tighten with the included hex key (14) or hex bit (15). Repeat this process for the
second safety strap (6) for this set of crossbeams (4). Repeat this process for the remaining
three sets of crossbeams (4). A step ladder will be needed for the top two sets of crossbeams
(4) to safely perform this step. (Fig. P)
3.
For each set of crossbeams (4), place a shelf support strap (5) perpendicular to the crossbeams
(4), and insert each end into the slots on each ridge of the crossbeams (4). (Fig. Q) Fig. R shows
completed installation.
