Operation and use
General instructions
Use fresh ingredients only.
The ingredients used should be at
room temperature.
Before baking, allow the waffle mixture
to rise for half an hour.
Do not use too much baking powder.
The waffle mixture should have a thick
texture but still smoothly flow off the
spoon.
To prevent the waffles from softening,
do not lay the finished waffles on top of
each other.
Waffles taste best when they are fresh-
ly prepared.
Only fill the lower hot plate with
enough mixture so that it is just cov-
ered. Use a ladle for thin waffle mix-
tures and a tablespoon for thick waffle
mixtures.
Work quickly to prevent the waffle
mixture from burning onto the lower
hotplate.
