Instructions for Use
For models equipped with turbomolecular pumps of size less than or equal

to the Twistorr 305 FS, be sure to block the wheels of the system before
activating the pump so as to avoid accidental movements.

Use inert gas free from dust, particles or humidity (like Nitrogen) for venting the

pump. The pressure at the vent port must be less than 2 bar (above atmospheric
pressure).
Do not use the pumping system in presence of explosive, toxic, fiammable

or radioactive gases.
