GENERAL INFORMATION
The electrical connections must only be completed by a qualifi ed electrician. A power supply other than the
type specifi ed may seriously damage the system.
Machine maintenance operations must only be carried out by specialized Technicians provided with suitable
personal protection equipment.
3.2
CONTROL PANEL DESCRIPTION
The control panel has 3 controllers disposed vertically.
1 switch for illumination, 1 energy controller for infrared heating and 1 digital thermostat for the vitroceramic 's
temperature control. This provides the best heating effect on the food.
3.3
MACHINE SETTINGS AND PROGRAMS
HEATING SYSTEM:
The fl at hot plate heating is generated by means of hidden heating elements installed in the lower part.
WORKING TEMPERATURES: Between 30ºC and 120ºC.
For table of parameters and any other information, follow the instructions indicated at the electronic
controller manual, also supplied.
