STEP 3: Attach Double Handle Assembly
1. Install the double handle assembly to the control valve using Hex Socket Head Cap Screws M8x16
(24 #) and lock washer Ø8 (20 #), tighten with a 6 mm Allen wrench.
2. Connect the handle link to the control valve using hitch pin Ø5x26 (17 #) and cotter pin 2x10 (16
#).
STEP 4: Attach Engine and Gear Pump
1. Place four sets of polyurethane block (49 #) and large flat washer Ø10 (48 #) on the engine
mounting plate. Put the engine on them fixed with hex bolt M8x65 (51 #), flat washer Ø8 (21 #),
lock washer Ø8 (20 #) and nylon lock nut M8 (14 #) using two 13 mm wrenches.
2. Install the oil inlet pipe (28 #) to the top of gear pump, and oil clear oil pipe (41 #) to the bottom of
gear pump tighten with clamp (40 #).
