Problem

Possible Causes
Be lack of water.
The water screen at the
bottom of water
reservoir is blocked.
Pump malfunction.

water reservoir.
Ice basket is full.
Malfunction of infrared

is defrosting.
Poor heat dissipation.
The water temperature
is too high.
The ambient
temperature is too high.
The ice-making system is

Solution
Stop making ice, refill water and

ice-making cycle.
Remove the water screen at the
bottom for cleaning.
Send it to the authorized
department for repair.
Check the foreign objects and
restart the appliance.
Remove the ice from ice basket
