Cable harness IR 2-wire
The cable harness IR 2-wire transmits the control signals received by the TV set to the concealed
device (e.g. Set Top Box).
This enables these devices to be operated.

Fit the cable connection cover and perform a function and safety test in accordance
with VDE 0701.

Plug the plug (fi g. 6, arrow E) of the IR
cable into the socket on the installed
module (fi g. 4, arrow E).
Find the optimum position on the device
you want (optical connection between
transmitting diode IR cable and infrared
receiver of the concealed device).
Pull the backing foil off the adhesive area
of the IR transmitting diode. Fix the IR
transmitting diode in this position.
