• Place the carrycot in the vehicle with caution, making sure that it is correctly installed. Always check the
wear and tear of the vehicle's seat belts and the carrycot's anchoring straps. Always also check that no
part of the anchoring straps or of the car seat belts are caught beneath the passenger seat or in the car
door.
• The product must be assembled by adults only.
• When parked in the sun, the temperature rises inside the vehicle. We recommend that you cover the
carrycot (e.g. with a piece of fabric) so that it will be more comfortable for baby when placing him in
it. This will also prevent metal parts from heating up and perhaps burning him. It will also prevent the
textiles parts from discolouring.
• Never hold the child on your lap when in the vehicle. Unattached, in the case of an accident, he will be
transformed into a "flying object «. Never travel with your own 3-point seat belt attached around you
and the child.
• Respect the Highway Code. Make sure that all of the passengers in the vehicle are wearing their seat
belts correctly attached.
• Be aware of the risks of an open flame or all other sources of intense heat (for example, electric or gas
heaters, fireplace...) placed near to the carrycot.
• Unless your doctor advises otherwise, always place your baby on his back to sleep with nothing near his
face when lying him down to sleep. Make sure he is not too warm. To avoid the risk of suffocation, do not
use bedding which is too soft or too tight (quilt, blanket, space reducer, pillow...).
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
- The cover of the shock absorbing panel can be completely removed: the cover is machine washable
at 30°. Leave open to dry naturally.
- The textile part of the abdomen belt can be hand washed with a mild washing powder.
Refer to the product labels.
- Clean the straps and the metal parts with a damp cloth and dry them immediately.
Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
Preparing and installing the kit auto in the carrycot (refer to drawings)
PLEASE NOTE! The straps must not be twisted.
PLEASE NOTE! The seat belts must be firmly against the rear seat of the vehicle. The carrycot must
be placed firmly against the rear seat of the vehicle.
WARNING : Check that the entire fixing mechanism is engaged correctly.
IInstalling the child in the carrycot
After having installed the car kit and secured the carrycot with the car seat belts (Please note: do not
put the child's head next to the door):
- Lower the carry handle (behind the hood),
- Put the carrycot backrest flat,
- Place the child in the carrycot,
- Attach the child and adjust the restraint belt to fit.
