Defrosting basics

Add a full cup of water to
the water tray.

Pop frozen nutribullet
Baby servings into the

blue defrosting trays (one
per tray).

Place the blue steamer
tray onto the steamer base
(with the 2 tabs facing up).
Next, place the defrosting
trays onto the steamer tray.

Set to Setting 5 to start the
defrosting cycle.

Put the lid in place.
