The instrument may only be used within the operating ranges (parameters) specified in the technical
specifications section
WARNING:
Ensure that the instrument is dry and free from moisture. Failing to do so may cause
harm to the operator. Handle with care when Detection Probes are exposed, to avoid puncture
wounds and other injuries

Check instrument for defects. The instrument shouldn't be used if defects are present -
operator harm could occur
Intended Use
Measures DC voltage from 6V to 24 V in electrical circuitry. Tests if faults are present in circuitry by
determining whether the system being tested is live or not. Detector functions with an LED indicator
determine whether a live current is existent.
Operation
WARNING
: ALWAYS wear eye protection, adequate respiratory and hearing protection, as well as
suitable gloves, when working with this tool.
Insert the mini-clip of measurement lead onto the ground point (such as the metal shell of cars)
Unscrew the needle head cover, stick sharp head of tester into the internal wire insulation
If the luminotron of tester light, indicating the measured point has constituted back (through) road,
and keep normal working
If the luminotron of tester not light, indication there is a fault measured point and to be excluded
It is normal to show different degrees of light and shade because of measured voltage diversity.
Note
: The voltage tester will switch on automatically when a voltage is detected.
General inspection: Inspect the power cord of the tool, prior to each use, for damage or wear.
Disposal
Always adhere to national regulations when disposing of power tools that are no longer functional
and are not viable for repair.
Do not dispose of power tools, or other waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE),
with household waste, contact your local waste disposal authority for information on the
correct way to dispose of power tools
