B、How to make espresso coffee
1. Turn tank cover counter-clockwise, the cover can
be removed only the triangle on the cover aligns
with the figure on the unit (see fig.1). Then by
carafe fill adequate water in water tank, volume
of which depends on the marking on carafe (min
2 cups, max 4 cups)
Note: Always switch off power and remove plug
from wall outlet before filling water.
Ensure water will not overflow water tank.
2. Turn clockwise water tank cover tightly, then turn clockwise steam knob to
the end tightly（see figure 2）
3. Place steel mesh into metal funnel and fill mesh with
coffee powder according to your desire by measuring
spoon (marked with 2 and 4 cups) and tamp down
coffee powder, then remove excessive powder on the
top rim.
4. Assemble metal funnel into coffee maker, the method
is as follows: first align mouth of metal funnel with
sprinkling mouth, handle of metal funnel in left position, then turn metal
funnel counter-clockwise until handle locates
in the central position of unit, Make sure that
metal funnel is secured firmly.
5. Set strength controller to your desired position :
"Strong" 、 "Light" or "Steam" function (see
Figure 3), depending on your own taste or
need.
Note: supervision is necessary when brewing
coffee. If brewed coffee volume has reached
your desire or coffee color begins becoming light gradually, immediately
you should turn switch off by hand.
6. Place carafe on drip tray and ensure the central of lid aligns with the spout of
