metal funnel, then turn switch on and indicator will be illuminated, brewed
coffee will begin flowing into carafe after aprox.3 minutes, it will take
aprox.5 minutes to make 4 cups of espresso coffee.
Note: to avoid any splashing, do not detach the metal funnel while the
pressure in water tank has not been released completely.
7. Once brewing have been completed, remove carafe from tray cover and
dispense coffee into cups, now you can enjoy espresso coffee.
8.Before taking metal funnel down, always release the pressure in water tank,
the method is as follows: turn counter-clockwise steam knob slowly, steam
will escape from nozzle, when the remained pressure is released completely
and metal funnel is cooled down, then remove metal funnel by turning
clockwise.
8. Turnover steel mesh lock, then press it by thumb to make steel mesh firm, tilt
metal funnel and tap it over rubbish box, then clear out residue, wash metal
funnel and steel mesh in fresh water and reassemble them correctly
Note: return steel mesh lock to original position before reattaching the
metal funnel.
C、How to prepare cappuccino coffee
1. First operate according to the 1-6 steps above, ensure steam knob has been
turned off and move strength controller to "Steam" position, after turning
switch on, in aprox.3 minutes coffee maker will produce enough steam for
making milk froth. During making steam, fill some frozen milk (whole milk
or half whole milk) into cup (preferably straight wall cup), about 3 minutes,
lift up milk cup to ensure nozzle is immersed in milk, then turn
counter-clockwise steam pipe slowly when it begins foaming milk, about 30
seconds later, it will nearly stop foaming, water remained in the tank can be
still made espresso coffee.
Note: to get better effect, move milk cup constantly up and down.
2. Mix espresso coffee with foam milk and stir them by spoon, add chocolate
powder if necessary.
3. Grasp nozzle with your hand and the other hand fix coffee maker, then take
nozzle down according to the direction of steam pipe, after cleaning,
