Waffle Maker Use instructions

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Attention: before cleaning the appliance, switch it off, remove the plug from the outlet and wait for
it to cool.
­ Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the body; do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive pro­
ducts.
­ When the appliance is not in use, place it in a dry environment.
­ If you decide not to use the appliance anymore, we recommend making it inoperative by cutting
through the power cord (first make sure that you have removed it from the current socket), and ren­
der the parts that are dangerous if used in child's play innocuous.
­ A special tool is required to replace the power cord: take the appliance to a qualified after­sales
centre.

Recipe makes 8 waffles:
140 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
110 g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 Eggs
110 g butter, melted
1 vanilla extract

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside. Preheat waffle
iron to desired temperature.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture
into the flour mixture; beat until blended.
Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve
immediately.
