5. Why can't I display my .jpg files?
Many digital cameras and image edition software add hidden data to the .jpg files.
This data can prevent your MP4 from loading the images. Try to eliminate them by
saving the file with another name.
6. The MP4 player is not responding, what can I do? In case that the device gets
blocked, for example, while trying to play a corrupted file, simply press the RESET
orifice (located on the back side of the player) with a thin tool (a paper clip will
work) and power it on again by holding the PLAY button for 2 seconds.
7. What's the video format of my MP4 Energy™? It plays AVI files compressed with
XVID, MP2 audio. Convert your videos using Energy Movier to ensure compatibility.
8. I'm having trouble to detect my MP4 with Windows Vista.
There is a USB mass storage devices recognition issue with Windows Vista
acknowledged by Microsoft. A solution is expected in the upcoming Service Pack 1.
