Which are the video formats compatible with my Energy Tablet?
Your Energy Tablet can play multiple video formats without recoding, in fact the ability to play different
formats relies on the application used. If a format can not be played you should look for a specific application
that can play that format.

Why can't I display my .jpg images?
Many digital cameras and image editing software add hidden data to .jpg files. This data can prevent your
Energy Tablet from loading the images. Try deleting the file and saving it again using another name.

Sometimes the screen turns black and the device does not respond.
Press the Reset button to reset the device.

The built-in memory of the Energy Tablet i10 Quad SuperHD has 16GB, but the available memory is lower, why?
The Android™ operating system and the preinstalled applications need approximately 1,5GB of memory to
work. Therefore the available memory for additional data is less than 16GB.

I updated the firmware but I no longer have any multimedia files or wallpapers. How I can retrieve the contents
that came pre-installed?
Before any system update, we recommend making a backup of everything you want to keep.
In MyEnergyTablet.com you will find not only all the content that came preinstalled in your Energy Tablet but
many more multimedia files and additional wallpapers.

What should I do to be able to install an application?
First make sure that the file has the Android™ application extension (.APK), second Android™ will ask you to
activate the installation of applications from "Unknown sources", this option is disabled for safety.
To authorize application installation just follow the instructions on the screen the first time you try to install
an application: Settings / Applications / Unknown sources (activate).

How long is the autonomy of the device?
Depends largely on the conditions of use, as the brightness of the screen, using headphones or speaker, or if
the Wi-Fi is enabled or disabled. The autonomy of Energy Tablet i10 Quad SuperHD is up to 7.5 hours of Wi-Fi
browsing.
