WARNING:
Always remove battery packs and start key from your tool
when you are assembling parts, making adjustments,
cleaning, or when not in use. Following these instructions
will prevent accidental starting that could cause serious
personal injury.
NOTICE:
Before each use, inspect the entire product for damaged,
missing, or loose parts such as screws, nuts, bolts, caps,
etc. Tighten securely all fasteners and caps and do not
operate this product until all missing or damaged parts
are replaced. Please contact customer service or an
authorized service center for assistance.
APPLICATIONS
You may use this product for the purpose listed below:
Mowing your lawn
WARNING:
With the exception of using the self-propelled feature to
relocate the mower to the mowing site, always remove
battery packs and start key when moving or transporting
the mower to avoid accidental starting that could result
in serious personal injury.
INSTALLING/REMOVING BATTERY PACKS
See Figure 10.
Raise the battery cover.
Align raised ribs on battery packs with grooves in the
battery port and install the battery packs into the mower.
Repeat steps for second battery.
WARNING:
Make sure the latch on the bottom of the battery packs
snaps in place and the battery packs is fully seated and
secure in the mower's battery port before beginning op-
eration. Failure to securely seat the battery packs could
cause the battery packs to fall out, resulting in serious
personal injury.
Lower the battery cover and make sure it is securely
closed.
To remove battery packs:
Raise the battery cover.
Press and hold the battery latch button at the bottom of
the battery pack.
Remove battery pack from the mower.
Repeat steps for second battery.
OPERATION
Lower the battery cover and make sure it is securely
closed.

Manuals for your battery packs and charger models.
WARNING:
To avoid accidental starting that could result in serious
personal injury, always remove the start key when moving
or transporting the mower.
DUAL BATTERY PORTS
See Figures 10 - 11.
The mower is equipped with dual battery ports which enables
the user to easily switch batteries during a mowing session.
Raise the battery cover.
Remove the key and rotate it 180°.
Reinsert the key.
The arrow on the key points to the battery in use.
STARTING/STOPPING THE MOWER
See Figures 11 - 13.
NOTE: Mower will not start without the start key installed,
and the battery in the unit.
Unfold the handle assembly by lifting the lever on the
handle crossbar.
NOTE: The mower will not start if the handle assembly
is not in the operating position.
Raise the battery cover.
Install the battery packs into the rear battery port.
Insert the start key into the slot between the batteries in
the battery port.
NOTE: Arrow should be pointed toward the battery to be
used.
Lower the battery cover and make sure it is securely
closed.
Press the start button then engage either lever to start
the motor and blades.
Release the levers to stop the motor.
NOTE: The motor and blades will also start if the lever is
engaged first and the start button is pressed afterwards.
SELF-PROPELLED MOWING
See Figure 14.
WARNING:
Never engage the blades when transporting the mower
from one location to another. Only engage the blades by
pressing the start button when you are ready to mow.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious
personal injury.
