Red Velvet
Cupcakes
Ingredients:

1/2 tsp vinegar
•
1/2 tsp baking soda
•
1/2 tsp baking powder
•
3/4 cup sugar
•
1 egg
•
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Steps:
•
Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt.
•
Combine the sugar and vegetable oil, then mix in the eggs, buttermilk,
vanilla and red food coloring.
•
Stir in the coffee and vinegar.
•
Pour into your maker.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
•
Serve with cream cheese frosting.
