Noken design s.a. guarantees its products manufactured in Krion® for a period of 3 years from the date of
ENG
purchase.
Products manufactured in Krion® will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Noken based on potential
manufacturing defects. Replacement or repair under guarantee work require the prior agreement of Noken. In
the case that the defect is caused by an incorrect installation, it will not be covered by this guaranty.
The nature of Krion® permits small shade variation within the same colour and therefore there may be shade
differences between the different product references.
Our guarantee does not cover defects, damage or faults caused by:
- Negligent use and/or abuse, including physical, chemical or mechanical damage.
- Unsuitable or insufficient use, care or maintenance (residential or commercial).
- Extreme heat as a result of insufficient insulation.
- Modifications to the product without the authorisation of Noken.
- Inadequate installation or failure to comply with the technical instructions indicated by Noken.
- Damage caused by optional equipment not supplied by Noken.
- Non compliance of the care & maintenance instructions.
Noken design s.a. sanitary ware carries 10 years guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date
of purchase, excluding non-ceramic components. Other components (metalic, electric, ...) carry a 2 year
guarantee.
Full details of any defect needs to be notified immediately in writing to Noken design s.a during the guarantee
period in order to determine the causes. The goods in which the defect arises are returned at the purchaser's
expense to Noken design s.a. and the guarantee label or purchase invoice needs to be included. Noken design
s.a. will replace the material, once checked and approved the found defect by its Quality Department.
The guarantee does not cover transport damages and is only offered on all products that have been used for
their normal purpose. The guarantee does not apply to any products that have been misused or abused in any
way.
Liability is limited to the individual products and does not cover claims for consequential loss or damage on
installations due to malfunctioning or wrong installation of our products.
The guarantee does not cover general tear and wear.
The guarantee is only valid when the products are installed and cared for according installation and maintenance
instructions.
