FITTING
 ADJUST THE BACKSYSTEM & STRAPS
1a. Estimate the required back-length using the printed scale
as a guide. Release the green velcro backsystem tab and
reposition the shoulder straps on the backsystem 'ladder'
accordingly,
ensuring
encompasses four 'ladder rungs' on refastening (fig 1).
1b. Loosen the hip belt, shoulder straps and stabiliser straps.
1c. Put the carrier on, then fasten and tighten the hip belt.
When fitted correctly, the hip belt should 'sit' comfortably on
the hip bone.
1d. Tighten the shoulder straps. When fitted correctly, the
shoulder straps should be in constant contact with the torso
from the shoulder blade on the back to the underarm on the
front.
Remove the carrier and adjust the backsystem if
necessary, repeating steps 1a to 1d until the described fit is
achieved.
1e. With the carrier fitted and the hip belt and shoulder straps
correctly fastened, move the upper stabiliser strap adjuster so
that it is positioned on the top of the shoulder. Then tighten
both the upper stabiliser straps.
1f. Fasten the chest strap and position 4cm below the
protruding points of the collar bone; adjust if necessary.
 INSERT THE CHILD
2a. With the carrier on the ground, loosen the side wing straps
and seat-height strap. Unclip the child's shoulder harness straps
and lift them clear of the cockpit area.
2b. With a foot firmly in the anchor point to ensure the carrier
remains stable, place the child in the seat.
2c. Tighten the seat-height strap until the child's chin is in line
with the top of the face pad (fig 2).
2d. Place the child's harness over the child's head. Ensuring
the x-buckle is located centrally on the child's chest, fasten
and tighten the grey straps at either side of the carrier, located
near the child's hips.
2e. Attach the green central strap from the x-buckle to the
child's seat and tighten.
2f. Tighten the side wing straps, ensuring the child's arms are
not restricted or trapped.
Caution: Ensure the child is comfortable and secure before
proceeding any further (fig 2).

 LIFT THE CARRIER
3a. Crouch down and place the right arm through the right shoulder strap.

remains upright at all times. Let go of the right shoulder strap with
the left hand and place the left arm through the left shoulder strap.
system
3c. Fasten the hip belt and the chest strap.
Caution: Ensure all straps and fastenings are tight and
secure before beginning your journey (fig 3).
REMOVAL
Removal is the exact reversal of fitting. Ensure all steps are
followed carefully in reverse to ensure the optimum safety of
your child.
Note: When removing the child's harness, the harness straps
must first be slackened through the x-buckle to allow
adequate room to lift the straps over the child's head.
ACCESSORIES
FOOT STIRRUPS
Clip stirrup hooks to D-rings which are located on the side wings,
and place child's feet in webbing loops.
SUN SHADE
Place the two metal ends of the sun shade into the pockets (located
on the side wings). Pass the sun shade's velcro straps through the
rectangular loops (located behind the adult's shoulder straps) and
fasten (fig 4).
RAIN COVER
Place the two metal ends of the rain cover into the pockets (located
on the side wings). Pull the fabric over the base of the carrier. Pull
the elasticated cord through the cord lock to secure in place.
