7. STORAGE
The vacuum mattress, being built in materials suitable for normal environmental conditions of use does not require any
particular care. It is however recommended to keep it in a closed place, being careful to protect the stretcher from dust and
dirt to guarantee hygienic conditions; also avoid sharp knocks, so as not to damage the components and/or not to cause
tears that may render the damaged part useless. It is advisable to store the mattresses in a place which may be easily
reached by operators.
Periodically check the integrity of the components and the hygienic conditions of the storage
place, to obtain a perfect efficiency and safety at the moment of utilization
8. MAINTENANCE
This chapter explains the maintenance operations on the device. To prevent any damage on the device and to obtain a
perfect efficiency and safety please follow the steps on the table below.
 Periodically carry out maintenance to avoid damage to people or things. Should you find
something not in conformity with the original product, do not hesitate to remove the mattress
from service until the damaged component is repaired or replaced.
 Failure to carry out the cleaning operations can cause the risk of infections.

abrasives such as brushes, steel wool and knife-blades to remove stains
9. DISPOSAL
This device does not contain hazardous or dangerous parts but needs to be disposed of accordingly to international,
national and local regulations referring to waste disposal. Please check with local authorities to have further information
and to know the contact details of the company dealing with this matter.
