CLEANING AND TESTING THE FUEL TANK FILTER
The fuel tank is equipped with a filter. This is located under the fuel tank cap.
To clean, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the fuel cap (1) and filter (2).
2. Clean the filter with gasoline.
3. Dry the filter and install it.
4. Install the fuel cap. Make sure the fuel cap is tight.
FUEL FILTER CLEANING
To clean the filter:
1. Drain the fuel, hold and lift up the clamp, then remove the hose from the tank.
2. Loosen the screw and remove the fuel filter.
3. Clean the filter with gasoline. Dry the filter and put it back in the tank.
