TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
•
Wait 5 minutes after the machine is turned off to cool down before storing or transporting the machine.
•
If transporting the machine in a vehicle, secure it securely to prevent it from slipping or tipping over.
•
Consult the weight in the technical characteristics of the machine. To lift it, use the handle.
•
Always transport the machine in a horizontal position.
•
Do not store the machine near flammable materials (dry grass, wood...), gas or fuel.
•
Store this tool in a place not accessible to children and safe so that it does not endanger anyone and that it is dry,
clean and at a temperature between 0ºC and 45ºC.
•
Before storing the machine, follow the points in the maintenance chapter.
•
The out-of-use machine must be stored clean, on a flat surface.
•
If the machine is to be stored in a closed place or for a long time, empty the fuel as the vapours could come into
contact with a hot flame or body and ignite. To empty the fuel use a gasoline suction pump or start the engine
until the fuel runs out.
•
Wipe up spilled fuel immediately with a clean, dry, soft cloth, as fuel can damage painted surfaces or plastic parts.
•
Remove the spark plug and pour approx. 20 ml of engine oil into the cylinder. Pull the starter handle slowly
several times to cover the internal parts. Screw the spark plug back in.
