5. To remove extension tubes, just pull out the ends of each tube.
HOW TO USE
This appliance is intended for household use. It is for indoor use only.
Important: The power cord has a yellow marking and a red marking to help you determine the maximum
length to use. Up to the yellow marking is the recommended length. Never pull cord beyond the red marking.
6. Holding the power cord by the plug, pull out the required length and plug into a standard electric outlet.
7. Press the On/Off push button
8. Adjust the suction power by sliding the vacuum suction control on the hose.
9. Press the foot pedal on the sweeper to switch to floors or carpets.
10. As you vacuum, check the removable plastic dust collector frequently; when the dust collector is full
empty it. To empty the dust collector, see Dust Collect or in the Care and Cleaning section.
11. When finished vacuuming, press the On/Off push button
12. Unplug unit.
13. Press the retractable cord push button
Caution:
• The cord moves fast when retracting. Stand clear of the cord as it rewinds so it does not swing into you.
• To prevent cord from whipping when rewinding, hold plug when rewinding onto cord reel.
USING CLEANING TOOLS
CREVICE TOOL
• Use crevice tool for tight narrow spaces.
The cleaning tools can be attached to either the end of the extension tube or the flexible hose.
Tip: You can keep the crevice tool in the built-in storage compartment for easy access.
VACUUM ACCESORIES
CREVICE TOOL WITH BRUSH : use to clean edges, corners, and sides of upholstery.
2 EXTENSION TUBES: use in combination with flexible hose for added length and height.
FLEXIBLE SWIVEL HOSE: flexible hose with an adjustable suction feature.
COMBINATION FLOOR BRUSH: use to vacuum grime on all surfaces.

CARE AND CLEANING

This appliance contains no user-serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service personnel.
Important: Always turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning any parts.

DUST COLLECTOR
14. To remove dust collector, press release button on the handle and lift up.
15. Press and release button on the dust collector to open the lid and empty the dust collector.
16. Wash in warm sudsy water with mild detergent.
17. Also clean and wash the motor dust filter and dry thoroughly before reinstalling.
18. Dry the dust collector completely with a soft cloth before reinstalling.
CYCLONIC HEPA FILTER
To remove the cyclonic filter
19. Turn dust collector upside down.
20. Press the dust collector bottom lid release button and open the lid.
21. Grasp cyclonic filter, turn it counterclockwise (OPEN) and pull out.
22. Clean cyclonic filter and filter screen using a small brush. If needed, wash with mild soap and rinse with
cold tap water. Do not use any abrasive cleaners.
23. Shake excess water from cyclonic filter and let it dry completely before inserting back into the unit.
To replace cyclonic HEPA filter
24. Grasp the cyclonic filter with the tabs facing down and insert the filter until it snaps into place.
25. Close the dust collector compartment cover.
26. Insert dust collector back in canister compartment.
Tip: Pull on the handle to verify that it is secured in place.
