1. APPLICATIONS

4.1. These instruction are intended to ensure the safe operation of pressure control

regulators inconformity with the effective regulations and application according to
effective regulation of industrial gases for welding, cutting & related applications.

For use with cylinders of compressed gases having a filling pressure of max. 200 bars or
with dissolved gases. Regulators are intended to reduce the cylinder pressure as well as
to ensure a constant working pressure.
Pressure control regulators may only be used for those gases that are mentioned in
the markings of the valve (see 4. Marking of features and 10.Technical features).
4.2.
Pressure control regulators must not be used for gases in state of liquidity.
Pressure control regulators must not be operated under ambient temperatures of
under -30º C or above +60º C.
Pressure control regulators must not be used with inadequate gases or corrosive
gases. (for example: ethylamino, dimethylamino, ammonia ...)
2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2.1.
These pressure regulators have to be used for applications suitable for their
corresponding features (see hereafter); observe all safety measures.
2.2.
Modifications or alterations to the pressure control regulators must not be made
without approval of the manufacturer.
2.3.
No intermediary connection are allowed between the cylinder valve and the
pressure control regulator.
2.4.
Incorrect use and use contrary to the intended purpose may endanger the operator
and other persons, and damage the pressure control regulator & installation.
