INTRODUCTION
DEAR ALL,
You have purchased a professional equipment unit. Before you start operating it, you should
read and understand this Certificate and keep it during the whole service life of the
equipment.
Please keep in mind that observance of the instructions presented in this Certificate extends
the service life of the equipment and prevents injury of operating personnel.
We hope our recommendations will maximally facilitate operation of the equipment.

In case of interference with appliance operation, failures and even injuries to the operator
may occur. In this case the manufacture bears no responsibility for unavoidable
consequences.
Installation
The device shall be delivered packaged to the installation site; it shall be installed vertically
in plumb on a flat mounting surface that should be prepared in advance. Before connection
to the mains, make sure that it complies with the device parameters: voltage and frequency
values comply with those presented on the rating plate attached to the device.
We provide for electric connections as per our customers' requirements, for this purpose a
three-pin socket with grounding is needed. Voltage sufficient to ensure stable device
operation as per the working conditions shall be applied to the device.
Upon opening the device cap, the length of the upper part of the saw and the length of the
saw in the lower block shall be checked; the saw shall be parallel to the block edge.
Close the device cap, plug the male connector into the female socket of the electrical mains
and press the green button: the device will start.
Pressing the red button stops the device.
Please note:
To ensure correct operation the device shall be turned clockwise.
To set the chain saw, turn the lever on the upper part of the device. The correct tension will
be confirmed by an audio signal.
Operation conditions
The device is a stationary unit equipped with a belt-saw; it is intended for cutting fresh and
frozen meat, bones and other food products.
The belt-saw is installed into the device case, where there are also the upper and the lower
pulleys, the saw band itself, the upper and lower guides.
The maximum weight of the processed product is from 1,000 to 2,000 kg, then the saw band
should be replaced. However, if the device is used to cut products that do not contain bones,
the service life of the saw blade is extended by many times.
When in operation the processed product shall be directly pushed through the cutting area.
You should, to the most extent, observe precautions and safety rules.
