Never leave the device unattended if children or people unskilled in operating this device are around.

Only use the device for applications described in these instructions for use.

Never allow children to play with the packaging material, as there is a risk of suffocation.
•
Do not place or use the device on hot surfaces or next to open gas flames to ensure that the housing does
not melt.
•
Do not store the device next to a washbasin or bathtub, since there is the risk that it can fall or be drawn into
the washbasin or bathtub.
•
If you suffer from an illness such as varicose veins, thrombosis, diabetes, etc., please consult a doctor
before using the device
•
Never use the device on open wounds, burns, haematomata, swellings or similar injuries.
•
Immediately stop using the device if it feels uncomfortable for you. Heat-sensitive people in particular should
use the device carefully and only for short periods of application.
•
Under certain circumstances, the electric and magnetic fields emitted by the device may interfere with
the function of a cardiac pacemaker. However, these are below the limit values. Please consult your
doctor and the manufacturer of your cardiac pacemaker before using the heating pad.

The device may only be used with the operating unit (HB05E-6) included in the scope of delivery.
•
Never use the device when it is folded together, creased, or pressed together.
•
The device must not be used by small children from the age of three unless the settings have been preset by
a parent or legal guardian or unless the child has been sufficiently trained and instructed in how to operate
the device.
•
Do not use the device when it is wet.
•
The device must not be used by helpless and defenceless people or people insensitive to heat.
•
Children under the age of three must not use the device due to their inability to react to overheating.
•
The electronic components in the switch might heat up when the device is used. Therefore, the switch
may not be covered or be placed on the device while it is being operated.
•
For storing the device, let it cool down before folding it. Ensure that the device does not crease and
that no objects are stored on top of it.
