Cause
Appliance not plugged in.
Circuit board damage or has a
connection error E0/E1.
Lid is not properly closed.
Steam valve incorrectly position
or incomplete
Lid or steam valve gasket is
damaged
Circuit board or sensor damage
The sensor on the lid open or
short circuit.
The sensor on the bottom open
or short circuit.
Solution
Appliance not plugged in.
Check the power cord is plugged
in the socket and on the mains.
Send to authorized service
center for repair.
Open and ensure the lid is closed
properly.
Stop the cooking (unplug the
product) and check the valve
is complete (2 parts locked
together) and well positioned
Send to the authorized service
center for repair.
