Operation & Control
1. Press On for heating.
2. Adjust your body temperature or your feet temperature by buttons of "Body" or "Feet" from 0‐9 heat settings.
3. The maximum noise level is less than 70dB according to EN ISO 7779.
4. Press "Timer" button to choose the heating time you required for your body and feet ranges in 1h, 5h, 8h & 12h.
5. NOTE: This will assist in drying out any moisture which has been accumulated in the mattress. You may notice an odour when
using the blanket for the first time, due to the insulation material. This is harmless and will subside quickly. The highest mode
(9 heat setting) can be used only for preheat and not for continuous operation, the other modes can be used continuously. For
heating during the –whole‐ night it is recommended to use the 3 heat setting (12 hours).
6. Do not leave heavy objects on the bed when the unit is switched on.
7. This appliance is for domestic use only. Not intended for use in hospitals.
8. The installation of a residual current device (safety switch) is recommended to provide additional safety protection when using
electrical appliances. It is advisable that a safety switch with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA be installed
in the electrical circuit, and must be done by authorized electrician.
Warning:
This appliance is equipped with a grounded, Type G, 3‐pin power supply cord. This is a safety feature. Do not attempt to defeat the
safety purpose of this plug.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Before starting the cleaning procedure or when not in use, always remove the power plug from the socket.
1. Clean this blanket only as per instruction supplied with this blanket.
2. Before cleaning, ensure the control is set to "0" Position (OFF) and remove the plug from the wall socket.
3. Spot Cleaning: Sponge the affected area using a luke' warm natural detergent or mild soapy solution. Follow this with a sponge
using a clean water solution. Remove any excess water by compressing the wet area between absorbent towel.
4. With persistent stains the blanket can be washed with either hand washing or in the machine. Before starting this washing
procedure, make sure to disconnect the power cable and so the switch of the blanket.
a. Hand Washing – Immerse the blanket in warm natural detergent or mild soapy water solution. Soak for 5 minutes, remove
and gently squeeze the liquid from the blanket as much as possible. Rinse the blanket in clean water.
b. Machine Washing: Fold the blanket twice lengthwise and then put it in the washing machine folded multiple times
cross‐wise. Start a fine laundering program at a max. temperature of 40˚C with a low number of revs for centrifuging. Or choose
a wool washing program. Use a detergent for fine laundering and dose in the way that is said by the manufacturer of the
washing liquid. The blanket may not be dried in the tumble dryer.
Put the blanket down for drying on multiple stable clotheslines. The blanket may not be tied with clothes pins or anything like it.
Do not reattach the power cable when you are not sure the blanket and power sockets are completely dry.
5. Do not use any appliance such as hair dryer, heater or iron. Allow the blanket to dry naturally.
6. Before storing/cleaning, the blanket must be sufficiently cool and roll up each of the tie tapes to avoid tangling.
